Hey guys!
I decided to review these matte lipsticks I purchased a while back . I got one some time last year and I actually liked it,so I decided to get some more.
With the way prices keep increasing, we makeup lovers have to always be on the look out for affordable products.   Do I have fellow makeup lovers in the house?? Can I get an amen!!! Sister Joyce took it upon herself to search for these babies just for you. I know I’m such a good person.

Back to my review. Like I said earlier I got one of the classic lippie late last year in the colour Ruby  Woo. (P.s if you’re looking for a good dupe for m.a.c’s ruby woo, look no further!)

About 2 months ago or so I got three more lippies from the brand in the colours: Nicki Minaj, Pure Purple and Blue Diamond. See pictures below.

Price: I can’t really recall the exact price I got them. But it was definitely within the range of 600-1000.

The colours are rich and vibrant. It’s basically a you get what you see situation.

✔ Very affordable!!! I was even able to splurge on a blue lipstick!

Easy to remove. You don’t have to worry about any makeup remover. Grab your wipes and you’re good to go.

✔ Packaging is cute enough

It tends to crack up if your lips are not properly moisturised.

Solution: Moisturise your lips properly. Pretty obvious Yeah?

Even though it’s a matte lipstick. It’s not entirely matte and it tends to transfer a bit.

Solution: You could try making it more matte by applying translucent powder all over your lips after applying it.

That’s it for today guys. Let me know if you would love to see more reviews like this. Till next time beauties. Stay beautiful😗

Have you tried any lippie from this brand?   Any other afforable brand you think i should try out???

I would love to hear from you, please leave a comment below. Thank you!!💋

  1. I live for anything Classic Cosmetics I guess it’s an unknown obsession.
Love your swatches with natural light and flash, best.
I currently own just Ruby Woo from their matte rollup lipsticks but I have a squad of lipsticks from their liquid line and they’re the truth.

    1. 😁😁 Thanks boo. I think I’ll be sticking to that for other reviews.
I’m not a classic fan but their lipsticks are the truth. Tried their foundation and I hated it.
I’ll try to get one from their liquid line to see what I’ve been missing.
      Thanks for commenting😚😚

  2. I am not a fan of the classic makeup brand. But I am currently in love with their new foundation range. Surprisingly I got a dozen of their lipstick range to retail and I found myself converting the Ruby woo to my makeup bag for 🙈🙈.
I haven’t used on myself tho but used on client. Maybe I’ll reconsider. He he he..
Nice swatches by the way hun ❤❤

    1. I’m actually a fan of their products. They have pretty good products that are very cheap. The only product I’ll never use my money to buy is their foundation. It is just too thick!! You should really reconsider! The ruby woo shade is very nice. Thanks dear😚😚

  3. I’ve the chocolate and Isabella from this brand. I totally love how dark the chocolate is, but I’m yet to make up my mind on Isabella. Might just try the ruby woo to work tomorrow. I’d appreciate more reviews like this. Thank you.

  4. Thanks for the review. All my lipsticks are from classic make up USA.They are affordable and I easily find shades that complement my skin.I’ve tried out their matte lipsticks in ruby woo, natural nude, hot flame(This was a bit too dark for me though) and their liquid lipsticks in brandy, duke, hot flame and spicy. I actually don’t really like their oil compressed powder though because it gets really oily later in the day.

    1. You’re welcome babe! Thats the thing that draws me to the brand: its so affordable!! Ahhh i should be coming to you anytime i want to purchase a classic lippie then!! You know them wella. Hmm I’ve never tried their single oil compressed powder though but i have their powder palette. I wonder if its the same formula🤔 i actually end up a bit oily during the day too. You just made me notice a fact i missed! Thanks for taking time out to read😚😚
